Guide to Napa Valley

For all of you wine lovers out there, Napa Valley is the ideal vacation spot for a weekend getaway. We have designed a two day trip for you, complete with hotel, dining suggestions, and visits to four wineries each day.

DAY 1
Start off by checking into the chic Avia Napa Hotel in beautiful downtown Napa. Not only is the hotel in a perfect location for everything you would want to do, it also has its own special perks like evening wine tastings and a second-floor terrace.

Since driving and wine tasting don’t exactly mix, take a tour of four different wineries on the Napa Valley Wine Train ($50-$130 per person). If you decide to hop on, you will embark on a three hour ride through the gorgeous Napa Valley, eat delicious food and, of course, enjoy plenty of good wine.

Once you are prepared for the day, set off to Swanson Vineyards, about 20 minutes from the hotel. Their private wine tastings in the Salon are unforgettable and we know you won’t regret making a reservation. Our favorite is the Harvey tasting. Up to eight people can attend, and each person gets six wine glasses, as well as a selection of cheeses and chocolate.

To add a little variation to your day of wine tasting, your next stop is Domain Chandon. Their award winning restaurant, étoile, is the perfect place for lunch as it offers an exquisite menu, complete with wine pairings. Domain Chandon is unusual because they specialize in sparkling wines.

Next, head to Paraduxx, one of the wineries on the Silverado Trail. Famous for their red wines, you will surely be impressed by the array of flavors. For a unique exploration into the world of winemaking, sign up for The Blend Experience where you can learn about the winemaking process and even be
able to compose your own signature blend.

Your final destination for Day 1 is Darioush Winery, located further down the Silverado Trail. Get ready to have your breath taken away as you approach this spectacular property. The fusion of Persian culture into every aspect of the winery is a treat in itself. When you add in the delectable wines, we couldn’t imagine a better spot than Darioush Winery to end your tastings for the day.

Finally, it’s time to head down to Main Street for dinner at Zuzu. There are so many delicious tapas at this Spanish restaurant, you will hardly be able to choose. But fortunately this dish style is meant for sharing, so the more people you come with, the more tapas you can try!

DAY 2
First on the agenda for day two is a visit to Schramsberg. Schramsberg vineyard was the very first to produce sparkling wine in California, and is an absolute must-visit. As you drink varieties of champagne you will be led through a series of underground caves that have been in place for 150 years. Schramsberg is at the top of the list for many who visit Napa, so make sure to make an appointment in advance.

The next stop will be Castello di Amorosa. From the moment you arrive it feels like you have been transported to medieval Italy. You can take a tour of the tremendous castle and enjoy the winetasting at the end; or if you visit on a Saturday you have the option of taking a horse-drawn carriage tour of the remarkable vineyards, also complete with tasting.

Hopefully your glimpse of Italy helped you work up your appetite for Italian food, because it’s time for lunch at Boskos Trattoria. They are known for their fresh pasta and wood-fired pizza, but also serve mouthwatering Italian sandwiches and salads. Take advantage of these large portions so you will be ready for more wine!

Duckhorn Vineyards is the third winery on our itinerary, and one of the most amazing places you will see in Napa. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking, and the Victorian style tasting rooms are classy and elegant. We suggest grabbing a glass (or two) of their famous Merlot, and enjoying a relaxing tour of the estate.

Last on our tour of wineries is Beringer Vineyards, an important historical landmark in Napa Valley. To date it is the oldest winery in Napa, founded in 1876. With numerous tasting rooms and an assortment of tours to choose from, there is no way you won’t enjoy this dazzling winery.

Whether you are ready to keep the party going or want to relax after an exhausting two days, there is no better restaurant than Cuvée. Their courtyard is a comfortable spot where you can sit down and enjoy a pleasant dinner, or you can choose to sit in the bar and have a cocktail or another glass of wine. We are sure you will love the atmosphere and their twist on American cuisine!

A lot of specialists state that loans help a lot of people to live their own way, because they are able to feel free to buy necessary stuff. Furthermore, a lot of banks give commercial loan for young and old people.
