Insomniac Events and Giant turn the streets of downtown LA into a Nocturnal wonderland for this huge music festival that features world-class DJs like The Chemical Brothers, Paul Van Dyk, Benny Benassi and Carl Cox on 5 stages of music, plenty of food & drink and tons of entertainment from fire-breathers and stilt walkers to art sculptures and fireworks.  Dance music fans should grab tickets purely to see The Chemical Brothers, who are embarking on their first tour in five years, sponsored by Zune.
