They tinkered around with some crazy sounds, but still found a way to keep it poppy.”Though placing Cartel in a category with such legends might be a bit too soon, one should never say never. Give Cartel a chance and you may be looking at one of the legendary influences for upcoming bands decades down the line. Just don’t stand underneath them if they happen to be climbing a tree.
