This building is like a nice piece of crap. There are 6 elevators, but only two work, sometimes. There are no amentities. Your neighbors don't talk to you. Not even in the elevator! The elevator usually smells like dog pee because 90% of the building has dogs that bark all day and night. There is construction going on along Hope Street, there is nonstop traffic on Flower and buses going down 8th Street ALL DAY AND NIGHT!! So, most of the time you have to have your windows closed to get any peace. Oh, and don't rent a unit on the 8th street side, unless you like views of a brick wall. Plus, it is haunted! I've seen men in 1920s style clothing coming out of the elevator when I was going in, like they were going to work.
SO SAVE YOURSELF THE MISERY AND DON'T RENT A LOFT AT 810 SOUTH FLOWER STREET!
