When did this building go live/work? I used to work for Pacific Bell (then SBC, now AT&T) at 1010 Wilshire, it was So Cal Headquarters. Worked there from about 1983 till 1993. We felt the 1989 SF earthquake on the 10th floor. We could see LA burning during the Rodney King riots. Many fond memories. I can't believe someone could be living were we once wasted our lives working, lol. One of LA's best Roach Coaches used to park just down the street, delicious chile verde. Looks like they did a nice job renovating. Hope they got all the spilled toxic microfiche fluid out of the carpets, lol. I overheard some guy in a bar in Palm Springs mention to a friend of his that he lived at 1010, and I thought no, no way. But sure enough it's true.

Shout out to Bevely (no r), Ricardo G, and all the other Priority Account team members.
hmmm

I see both sides
I lived there for almost a year and as it was very expensive, most of the staff is friendly/helpful and it's a great place for networking or if you're new to the area. And the amenities are AWESOME.

Glad to be out
I just moved out of 1010 Wilshire after 6 months of rude service by Management (yeah Holly and Armen, I'm talking about you)!!! Don't commit to a long term commitment, try it for a month and I bet that you will agree with me.

realistic
in these hard economic times you guys should be ashamed of your selfs for gauging people.
Fantastic deal!

Includes everything...even the pots, pans, dishes, silverware, sheets...
Beautiful building and perfect for my needs.

And at the end of the year, you can claim 67% of your rental cost on your taxes as a business expense. That's over $26000 a year for the unit I'm looking at.

I can live with that, and Uncle Sammy can live without my tax dollars.

If you do the math, it's not all that expensive, when you figure in the costs of parking spaces (we have two cars), gas, utilities, etc.
not so retarded!!

includes everything!
I toured the building and the studio was $2800. All furniture included, all utilities, cable, internet...actually a great deal.
overpriced

Their studio sized one bedroom costs more than 3K. Decent sized units are more like 5K. So retarded.
